📋 Description

• Lead, recruit, and grow an embedded-software team in the US.
• Coach engineers, support career development, and set a high bar for engineering quality.
• Own the team roadmap, turning milestones into clear objectives and delivery plans.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience managing and developing software engineers while owning delivery from planning through
• Strong embedded-systems engineering background and can remain hands-on in C++, C, or Rust.
• Led embedded platform, core-library, or similar foundational software work.
• Experience in automotive or another safety- and quality-conscious industry.
• Understanding of disciplined development practices such as ASPICE, MISRA, ISO 26262, or comparable
• Clear communication and ability to align stakeholders across functions and locations.
