Engineering Manager, EMEA (Platform)

📋 Description

• Lead the team responsible for the core platform capabilities clients use to plan, run, and manage
• Own technical direction and delivery for platform domains
• Lead design and delivery of agentic workflows in the core product
• Modernize legacy systems and consolidate fragmented data model
• Partner with product management on discovery, prioritization, and roadmap
• Establish engineering operating rhythm including planning, prioritization, and design reviews

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years managing a team of 4+ engineers in an agile, remote environment
• Recent experience writing production code and designing production systems
• Hands-on experience building LLM-powered or agentic features in production
• Strong affinity with TypeScript, Node.js, AWS, and React
• Experience designing and building APIs
• Experience with observability and APM tools (e.g., New Relic, Datadog, Sentry)
