Engineering Manager - Foundations & Enablement

📋 Description

• Lead and support a cross-functional team of engineers with a focus on delivery, people development
• Balance team's technical roadmap with prioritized requests from product teams
• Maintain and evolve engineering-wide standards (security, tooling, CI/CD, developer experience)
• Partner with Infrastructure team on shared platform concerns
• Mentor and guide team members in professional development
• Support engineers in technical decisions and ensure processes run effectively

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant experience in software development, including 2+ years of engineering
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Comfortable operating across frontend and backend engineering
• Hands-on experience with scalability, reliability, observability, and security principles
• Experience owning platform, DevOps, security, or developer-tooling work
• Familiarity with software engineering fundamentals and best practices
