📋 Description

• Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to define and deliver the next version of
• Ensure reliability, performance and scalability; authentication and authorisation are part of
• Lead hands-on by actively coding, participating in technical discussions, code reviews, and system
• Ensure high performance by mentoring and coaching engineers, setting a high-quality bar.

🎯 Requirements

• You have 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams and delivering impactful, scalable
• You bring a strong foundation in software engineering, with deep system design skills and hands-on
• Reliability and scalability are priorities for you, and you have experience working with critical
• You are hands-on and collaborative, engaging deeply together with your team’s work while fostering
• You set a high bar and ensure your team delivers high-quality, maintainable code and solutions that
• You are a strong mentor and coach, helping your team grow while maintaining high performance and
