Engineering Manager II, iOS Modernization

📋 Description

• Lead, coach and grow a specialized team of iOS engineers.
• Set the team’s technical vision and roadmap in partnership with Client Platforms and
• Drive platform modernization that helps product teams adopt modern client architectures and build
• Improve client stability, health metrics, browser compatibility, runtime frameworks and critical
• Establish clear operating rhythms for planning, two-week sprints, risk management and monthly

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of engineering experience, including 2+ years of engineering management experience, with
• Ability to engage in architecture and design reviews, challenge tradeoffs, and uphold a high bar
• Experience partnering with Senior and Staff engineers to build high-impact roadmaps; aligning
• Experience building platform capabilities that improve product-engineering productivity and
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build alignment across
• Demonstrated ability to use AI to improve speed and quality in day-to-day workflows, with a strong
