Engineering Manager, Infrastructure

📋 Description

• Lead engineers building internal control platforms for safe operations.
• Drive evolution of infrastructure platform: config management, routing, and environment controls.
• Own team's technical direction: API architecture, tooling design, and automation frameworks.
• Nurture and grow engineers across levels with coaching and career development.
• Foster an inclusive, high-performing culture focused on ownership, learning, and delivery.
• Partner with Production Engineering, SRE, and Developer Infrastructure to keep tools aligned across the org.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in software engineering, focused on internal tooling or distributed systems.
• 4+ years engineering management, including scaling teams.
• Tech Lead/Engineering Manager for architecture of internal control platforms or similar systems.
• Strong backend/full-stack with Python.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, Terraform, Python; systems mindset for abstracting infra.
• Strong technical communication and cross-team collaboration.
