Engineering Manager, Infrastructure Engineering

📋 Description

• Lead and grow the MetalDev RAS infra/SRE team.
• Set tech direction, drive ops excellence, partner with teams.
• Balance hands-on leadership with people leadership and on-call culture.
• Own reliability of MetalDev RedFish services in production.
• Define KPIs, SLAs, and SLOs; align with reliability goals.
• Champion observability with Prometheus and Grafana.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years managing software/infrastructure/SRE teams.
• 7+ years in cloud operations, SRE, or infra.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms, Kubernetes, and infra.
• Incident management experience (on-call, RCA, PIR).
• Experience leading Go or similar language software teams.
• Observability tooling (Prometheus, Grafana) and KPIs.
