📋 Description

• Own engineering execution for Machines4U, from product development and platform reliability to delivery cadence
• Translate priorities into a clear, sequenced engineering roadmap and deliver
• Lead a distributed engineering team and uphold high behavioural and technical standards
• Partner with product and carsales engineering to align tech with commercial outcomes
• Modernise Machines4U’s tech stack, balancing legacy stability with scalable systems
• Oversee key platform integrations across marketplace, CRM, payments, and more

• Proven experience leading engineering teams in product-led, commercial settings (marketplace/B2B SaaS)
• Strong technical depth across modern web stacks, cloud infra, and API design
• Track record delivering practical engineering roadmaps that move business outcomes
• Experience balancing legacy and modern tech with pragmatic modernisation and risk control
• Hands-on to review architecture, unblock engineers, and spot quality issues early
• Pragmatic experience balancing delivery pace with security, reliability, and scalability
