• Proven experience leading product-led engineering teams in marketplaces/B2B SaaS
• Strong depth across modern web stacks (backend/frontend), cloud infra, and API design
• Track record delivering practical roadmaps that move business outcomes
• Experience balancing legacy and modern tech with pragmatic modernization and risk reduction
• Natural relationship builder able to collaborate across functions and stakeholders
• Hands-on architect review; unblock engineers and spot quality issues; security-focused
