Engineering Manager, Mortgage

• Drive technical vision for the mortgage team to inspire progress
• Partner with product management to build new features
• Reduce technical debt and sustainably scale our architecture

• Represent the team in planning and product meetings

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years as engineering manager
• 8+ years as an engineer
• Strong critical thinking, decision making and problem solving
• Experience with TDD, pair programming and agile methodologies
• Deep understanding of service architecture, system design, lean development
• Experience with machine learning and AI is a plus
