🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years as an engineering manager
• 8+ years as an engineer
• Strong critical thinking, decision making, problem solving, attention to detail
• Experience handling quality incidents as tech lead and comms lead
• Experience with products at scale, data/regulatory considerations, and user impact
• Strong experience with TDD, pair programming, and agile methodologies
