Engineering Manager, Mortgage

📋 Description

• Lead and guide the Mortgage Verifications team to build scalable products and customer experiences.
• Define technical vision and drive architecture decisions for high-impact projects.
• Collaborate with product management to deliver new features and improvements.
• Reduce technical debt and scale our architecture thoughtfully and sustainably.
• Partner with customers and stakeholders to drive outcomes and alignment.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years as an engineering manager
• 8+ years as an engineer
• Strong critical thinking, decision making, problem-solving, and attention to detail
• Experience managing quality incidents as both technical and communications lead
• Experience with products at scale, understanding data, legal, human impact, and technical nuances
• Strong experience with TDD, pair programming, and agile methodologies
