• Build and oversee a team of engineers as a player-coach

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering on production web apps
• Minimum 1 year managing a team
• Proven ability to prioritize, craft, and execute plans
• Strong communication; explain complex concepts to all audiences
• High empathy and interpersonal skills
• Solid understanding of core web tech, data structures, distributed systems
