Engineering Manager - Payments Integrations

📋 Description

• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary engineering team, fostering technical excellence, ownership
• Hire, mentor, coach, and support engineers at different levels through clear expectations, regular
• Own the full lifecycle of integrations with payment service providers, acquirers, and payment
• Provide hands-on technical leadership through architecture design, code reviews, complex
• Establish and maintain engineering standards covering coding practices, testing, observability
• Ensure secure software development practices are embedded across the team, including OWASP

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience managing and growing engineering teams, including hiring, coaching, mentoring
• Strong technical leadership skills with the ability to make architectural decisions and manage
• Significant hands-on backend engineering experience, with strong proficiency in Golang or a
• 8+ years of hands-on production experience with Go (Golang) is required.
• Strong understanding of microservices, event-driven architectures, APIs, and modern integration
• Experience working with SQL and relational databases.
