📋 Description

• Lead and develop the team. Coach QA engineers, set clear expectations, give actionable feedback

• You've managed QA engineers and driven meaningful improvements in quality at a high-growth
• You have a strong record of coaching people, managing performance, and building a team that takes
• You've recreated customer environments to reproduce difficult issues and verify fixes before
• You can turn product and customer risks into a practical QA strategy, with clear priorities and
• You're comfortable leading conversations outside engineering, aligning stakeholders, and explaining
• You bring sound technical judgment, stay close to the work, and help others solve problems
