📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and develop a distributed team of QA engineers by setting expectations, providing
• Own the QA roadmap and prioritize testing, tooling, and quality initiatives based on customer
• Partner with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success to define release readiness, identify risks
• Lead efforts to reproduce challenging customer issues by recreating relevant environments
• Improve testing strategies by combining exploratory testing, targeted automation, and
• Address quality risks across areas such as performance, session persistence, authentication, and

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience managing QA or quality engineering teams within a high-growth technology
• Strong record of coaching engineers, managing performance, developing talent, and building teams
• Experience developing and executing QA strategies that translate product and customer risks into
• Hands-on experience reproducing complex customer-environment issues, validating fixes, and
• Strong technical judgment and willingness to engage directly with technical details when necessary.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Engineering, Product, Design, Customer Success, customers
