Engineering Manager, Rep Experience

📋 Description

• Help the team define, set, and adhere to goals and expectations
• Drive a culture of excellence, learning, and fun
• Critically observe and improve development and management processes within Apollo engineering
• Work closely with key stakeholders such as engineering leadership, Product Managers, and Designers
• Partner closely with the GTM team jumping on customer calls and not being a passthrough for your
• Shape, and take part in, key decision making processes within the engineering organization

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of hands on software engineering industry experience
• 3 to 5 years of experience in people management, preferably leading senior engineers and managers
• Proven track record of technical leadership: strong fundamentals in software engineering at scale
• Experience with Ruby and Python
• Understanding of data privacy and security fundamentals
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
