📋 Description

• Lead and Grow Engineering Talent (Player-Coach Model): Recruit, mentor, and develop a diverse team
• Architect & Build Platform Primitives: Set the technical vision and actively write code for our
• Prototype & Deliver High-Impact Applications: Directly build and prototype novel GTM
• Empower & Advise Business Builders: Act as a technical advisor and partner to non-technical

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of relevant software engineering experience, including at least 3 years in a formal
• Strong background writing production code and debugging distributed systems, data pipelines, and
• Proven track record of recruiting, coaching, and developing senior technical talent while fostering
• Experience owning end-to-end service lifecycles, operational monitoring, incident management, and
• Ability to navigate ambiguous problem spaces, balance rapid prototyping with scalable platform
• Excellent collaboration skills with a track record of partnering effectively with non-technical
