10+ years of engineering experience, including 4+ years in engineering management roles.
Hands-on experience building cloud-based SaaS products on Azure, AWS/GCP.
Strong background in FinOps.
API-first mindset.
Strong experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams (full-stack, data engineers).
Proven track record of transforming an engineering team in measurable ways.
