• 4+ years of engineering management experience, directly managing and growing teams of 5+ engineers
• 8+ years of full-time software development experience.
• Experience building reusable, extensible software that supports a range of user needs, with strong
• Strong problem-solving skills, with a track record of finding practical solutions to complex
• Experience turning ambiguous goals into clear priorities and delivering multiple high-impact
