Lead the Security Platform team for secure, distributed secrets and key management.
Focus on re-architecting internal PKI and machine/workload identity.
Operate and support the systems; help internal developers use them.
Plan long-term roadmap and day-to-day work; review designs and code.
Provide guidance to ensure quality, resilience, and security.
May require on-call support outside standard hours.

🎯 Requirements

Team leadership/management
Strong security background with implementation focus
Software development and distributed systems design
Cryptography background and primitives level
Experience with HSMs/TPMs/TEEs
Familiarity with HashiCorp Vault
