🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, including a proven track record of
• Experience managing engineers (ideally across multiple teams or areas) and driving initiatives from
• Strong technical background in software engineering, deep understanding of software architecture
• Demonstrated success in managing and scaling engineering teams
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical
