📋 Description

• Lead an SRE, infrastructure, or platform engineering team, owning reports' growth and performance.
• Own the full career lifecycle of directs: onboarding, feedback, performance assessment
• Maintain team health, dynamics, and retrospective habits.
• Act as the team spokesperson across engineering and to senior leadership.
• Steer the team's focus and priorities against company goals.
• Set the SRE goals: what the team commits to, in what order, and why.

• Coaching soft skills and craft skills.
• Handling underperformance directly and early with empathy.
• Proven hiring experience, distinguishing good interviews from good engineers.
• Reading team dynamics and resolving conflicts.
• Fostering commitment to company goals.
