Engineering Manager, Trade Management

📋 Description

• Lead and develop engineering team for the Trade Management domain.
• Partner with Product, Data, Operations, and other teams to deliver scalable software.
• Combine people leadership, technical guidance, and hands-on software development.
• Drive projects from planning through deployment with high standards of quality and execution.
• Mentor engineers and ensure delivery of business-critical capabilities.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of engineering management experience leading software teams.
• 5+ years of hands-on software development experience using TypeScript, C#, and Java.
• 2+ years Python or scripting for data workflows; familiarity with data lakes and medallion architectures.
• Experience within Private Markets, Capital Markets, or Financial Services, with exposure to financial market data and trade lifecycle processes.
• Strong project management and execution skills, delivering complex initiatives end-to-end while contributing technically across backend and frontend systems.
• Experience designing and supporting real-time data processing systems and event-driven architectures using Kafka and WebSockets.
• Experience managing distributed and nearshore engineering teams.
