🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years as engineering manager; proven leader of high-performing teams.
• 8+ years as software engineer; strong service architecture and distributed systems.
• Experience managing complex third-party integrations; reliability across unowned systems.
• Track record improving operational metrics; lower incidents and faster detection.
• Familiar with AI-assisted development and agentic coding tools; balance velocity and quality.
• Experience with regulated products; data accuracy and compliance mandatory.
