📋 Description

• Lead Verifications engineering team; set direction and hiring pipeline.
• Own reliability and quality of fulfillment integrations; reduce friction.
• Partner with Product to roadmap across employment, education, drug, and compliance.
• Drive architecture for a scalable, integration-heavy system; automate more.
• Lead AI-assisted development adoption with quality and accuracy.
• Represent Verifications in cross-functional planning on capacity and roadmap.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years as engineering manager; built and developed teams.
• 8+ years software engineering; service architecture and distributed systems.
• Experience managing complex third-party integrations; reliability across unowned systems.
• Track record improving operational metrics; reduce incidents and improve detection.
• Familiar with AI-assisted development and agentic tools; balance velocity/quality.
• Experience with regulated products requiring data accuracy and compliance.
