Engineering Manager, Verifications

📋 Description

• Lead and grow the Verifications engineering team; set direction and hiring pipeline.
• Own reliability and quality of verification integrations; reduce friction and delays.
• Partner with Product to define roadmaps for employment, education, drug and health, and compliance.
• Drive technical strategy for scaling an integration-heavy system; improve coverage and automation.
• Lead adoption of AI assisted development practices; balance velocity with quality and compliance.
• Represent Verifications in cross functional planning with Product, Compliance, and Eng leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years as an engineering manager
• 8+ years as a software engineer
• Experience with service architecture and distributed systems
• Experience managing complex third party integrations
• Track record of improving operational metrics
• Familiarity with AI assisted development tools
• Experience with regulated data and compliance requirements
