Engineering Manager, Verifications

📋 Description

• Lead Verifications engineering team, set technical direction, grow talent.
• Own reliability and quality of a broad portfolio of fulfillment integrations.
• Partner with Product to define roadmap across employment, education, drug and health, and
• Drive architecture for scaling complex, integration-heavy systems.
• Lead adoption of AI-assisted development while maintaining quality and accuracy.
• Represent Verifications in cross-functional planning with Product, Compliance, and Engineering

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years as an engineering manager; track record of building teams.
• 8+ years as software engineer; strong service architecture and distributed systems.
• Experience with complex third-party integrations and reliability across external systems.
• Proven impact on operational metrics and incident handling.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development and responsible tooling tradeoffs.
• Experience in regulated products with data accuracy and compliance needs.
