Engineering Manager, Wallet

📋 Description

• Lead, hire, coach, and retain a team of engineers working across wallet clients, supporting
• Set technical direction with senior engineers for account creation and recovery, key management
• Create clear ownership and execution plans across web, browser extension, iOS, Android, backend
• Raise standards for architecture, testing, release safety, observability, incident response, and
• Partner with product and design to simplify complex onchain workflows while maintaining user
• Work with security and protocol teams to evaluate threats, manage dependencies, and make tradeoffs

🎯 Requirements

• Experience managing and developing software engineers, including senior engineers, in a
• Direct experience shipping production blockchain wallet functionality, including self-custody
• Hands-on DeFi fluency with ability to reason about liquidity, routing, slippage, staking, lending
• Strong system judgment across client applications, backend services, APIs/SDKs, distributed
• Proven ability to set technical direction in ambiguous environments and deliver reliable products
• Strong partnership skills with product, design, security, and senior technical leaders while
