📋 Description

• Build and supervise a team of engineers as a player-coach; set priorities.
• Coordinate projects and priorities to ship features quickly.
• Balance hands-on coding with mentoring to grow engineers.
• Lead core payroll, money movement, and tax calculation work.
• Drive technical decisions to scale money movement and improve the ledger.
• Partner with Product, Design, and PMs to define roadmap and ship features.

• 7+ years building production web applications.
• 1+ year managing a software engineering team.
• Proven ability to prioritize and deliver plans.
• Strong communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
• High empathy and interpersonal skills.
• Solid understanding of web tech, data stores, algorithms.
