📋 Description

• Own the design and delivery of Engineering onboarding, creating a welcoming, technically credible
• Lead hands-on learning experiences at our San Francisco office, complemented by virtual and
• Partner with Engineering leaders and subject-matter experts across Developer Productivity, SRE
• Translate Affirm's AI-first engineering practices into practical learning experiences, including

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience as a technical leader in a software engineering organization.
• Understanding of modern software development practices, including AI-assisted development, code
• Experience improving engineering workflows, technical learning programs, or operating practices
• Ability to turn ambiguous problems into clear plans, playbooks, and operating rhythms.
• Technical judgment to earn trust with Engineering Managers and senior ICs, and to shape practical
• Ability to influence and align partners across Engineering, Learning, Recruiting, People Ops, IT
