📋 Description

• Translate product requirements into technical scopes and align internal teams and external partners
• Own the master schedule for solutions programs with outside partners, driving milestones across all
• Serve as primary interface to external partners, managing scope, reviews, and deliverable
• Identify, track, and mitigate program risks from partner capability gaps and long-lead components.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s in Mechanical, Electrical, Systems Engineering or related field; MBA/MS in
• PMP certification a plus.
• Proven experience managing hardware or technical programs with external development partners
• Strong fluency across mechanical, electrical, and firmware to translate requirements and evaluate
• Experience scoping, technical reviews, and coordinating manufacturing readiness activities (yield
• Familiarity with hardware build phases (EVT/DVT/PVT) and design freeze tradeoffs.
