📋 Description

• Lead the architecture and development of Cru.ai for scalability, security, and performance.
• Drive major initiatives from design to deployment with high engineering standards.
• Build AI-powered experiences by integrating LLMs and AI services into apps.
• Mentor engineers and establish engineering best practices and reviews.
• Define and champion practices across architecture, testing, observability, security, deployment.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years building and scaling modern SaaS apps, with leadership experience.
• Strong expertise in Python, Django, PostgreSQL, AWS, and modern front-end frameworks.
• Experience building AI-enabled products and integrating LLMs into production apps.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems, RESTful APIs, and cloud architecture.
• Proven ability to architect complex, scalable, maintainable systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills to influence direction.
