📋 Description

• Process member applications, complete enrollments on internal platforms, and transmit enrollment
• Review enrollment reports and make appropriate adjustments, additions, and deletions based on
• Manage a daily mailbox and respond to enrollment-related requests in a timely and accurate manner.
• Work directly with internal and external customers to implement new Medicare clients and provide

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Medicare enrollment and/or customer service, with experience handling
• Demonstrated ability to analyze information, investigate problems, research discrepancies, and

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with
