Enterprise Account Executive I - Prague/Poland

📋 Description

• Own and grow enterprise accounts across assigned verticals in CEE, from initial engagement through
• Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, aligning technical, business, and procurement
• Work closely with Solution Architects, Customer Success, Marketing, and Partners to deliver
• Position Camunda’s value around process orchestration, automation, and operational resilience to
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline while forecasting accurately and transparently
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers navigating modernization, compliance, and large-scale

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Enterprise segment and overachieving quota in software sales (Enterprises
• 5+ years of experience selling complex IT products or solutions and navigating complex buying
• Fluent in Polish or Czech and strong business-level English communication skills (spoken and
• Sales Process Expertise such as MEDDIC or MEDPICC and Value Selling
• Examples of successfully selling into IT and Business at C-level within Enterprise accounts
• A strategic thinker who can create and lead successful execution of Account Plans
