📋 Description

  • Own and prioritize named enterprise accounts (2000+ employees) with EAE across EMEA.
  • Generate pipeline via multi-threaded outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn, events) across stakeholders.
  • Engage VP and C-suite buyers with insight-led, tailored messaging.
  • Run account-based prospecting; map the full buying group before outreach.
  • Deliver best-in-class outbound experience for enterprise prospects.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of Fin's product, use cases, and market position.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years in a BDR/SDR or outbound role; enterprise SaaS experience preferred.
  • Desire to build a sales career; aim to become AE or senior closer.
  • Proven ABM prospecting: account research, stakeholder mapping, multi-thread strategy.
  • Comfort engaging VP/C-level buyers across complex, multi-stakeholder orgs.
  • CRM discipline and familiarity with key tools: Salesforce, Outreach, 6sense, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; fluency in a second European language a plus.
