🎯 Requirements

8+ years of legal experience, ideally a mix of top-tier law firm and in-house technology company
Extensive transaction negotiation experience; intellectual property and technology transactions
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Proven sound judgment in complex and ambiguous situations
3+ years of experience in the AI industry
Experience building go-to-market functions
