  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with enterprise customers (CxO to contributors).
  • Facilitate requirements gathering and map customers SOPs; document clearly.
  • Act as transformation architect guiding AI/automation roadmaps for cost reduction and CX.
  • Collaborate with engineers to translate requirements into Fin designs and best practices.
  • Monitor Fin usage to identify risks and expansion opportunities.
  • Maintain deep product knowledge and stay aware of AI trends in the space.

  • 10+ years of customer-facing experience in enterprise SaaS CSM roles.
  • Experience with business process mapping and requirements analysis at scale.
  • Strong technical acumen and passion for AI; comfortable with technical concepts (coding not required).
  • Ability to evaluate AI performance data and translate metrics into business outcomes.
  • Strong commercial instincts and knowledge of enterprise procurement cycles.
  • Ability to simplify complex problems and communicate to diverse audiences; lead transformations.
