  • Experience with business process mapping, requirements analysis, solution design at scale
  • Strong AI focus; able to talk tech with engineering and product teams (coding not required)
  • Able to evaluate AI metrics (automation, resolution, CSAT) and translate to outcomes
  • Strong commercial instincts; understands enterprise procurement for CFO and CX execs
  • Able to simplify complex problems across technical and business audiences
