📋 Description

• Drive new enterprise revenue by activating and converting an established network of retail
• Generate and close $100,000–$500,000+ in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) opportunities within retail
• Own complex enterprise sales cycles from initial prospect engagement through negotiation
• Build and deepen relationships with stakeholders across property management, leasing, information
• Navigate multi-threaded buying groups, complex organizational structures, and enterprise
• Develop and maintain a high-velocity, high-quality pipeline while providing accurate and reliable

🎯 Requirements

• Bring 7–10+ years of enterprise sales experience selling Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions or
• Demonstrate deep expertise in retail commercial real estate, particularly working with REITs
• Have an established network of senior decision-makers across property operations, leasing
• Demonstrate a proven track record of closing six-figure or larger ARR deals and consistently
• Show the ability to generate immediate pipeline through existing relationships and convert
• Possess strong experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and enterprise
