Enterprise Systems Director

📋 Description

• Serve as the business systems owner for NetSuite and primary point of contact for NetSuite managed
• Partner with Finance and Operations to understand business processes, identify pain points, and
• Own and execute the NetSuite enhancement roadmap, including configuration, workflows, reporting
• Manage and prioritize work performed by the NetSuite MSP, including requirements, scope, timeline
• Own NetSuite integrations with ecommerce, EDI, 3PL/fulfillment, and other enterprise applications
• Maintain governance over roles, permissions, configurations, workflows, and system changes

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive experience in enterprise systems, business applications, ERP, IT/business
• Strong hands-on NetSuite experience, ideally supporting both Finance and Operations in a growing
• Strong understanding of business processes including order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, inventory
• Experience administering enterprise applications and troubleshooting day-to-day systems issues
• Experience managing NetSuite consultants, MSPs, technology vendors and other external technical
• Experience leading systems implementations and integrations from requirements through go-live and
