Entry Level - Registered Behavioral Technician

📋 Description

• Work directly with clients and follow the treatment plan.
• Establish supportive relationships with clients and families.
• Implement behavior therapy techniques per supervisor.
• Document interventions and progress toward goals.
• Collect behavior data per client behavior support plan.
• Review data with Behavioral Services Manager to improve programs.

🎯 Requirements

• 1yr experience with children with developmental disabilities.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• CPR/First Aid certification.
• Reliable transportation required.
• 1yr commitment to BAYADA as an RBT after certification.
