Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Generalist

📋 Description

• Manage and audit Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), Confined Space Entry, and Respiratory Protection programs
• Conduct thorough reviews of Safety Data Sheets (SDS), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Job
• Lead continuous hazard identification walks, compliance audits, and incident investigations across
• Deliver site-specific EHS training modules to employees and contractors on safety protocols and
• Maintain records to ensure full compliance with local, Cal/OSHA, EPA, and regional environmental

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in safety, industrial hygiene, occupational health or similar; CSP or CIH (or in
• 3+ years of EHS experience in a manufacturing, tech-hardware, chemical, or foundry environment
• Deep hands-on experience with LOTO procedures, permit-required confined spaces, and respiratory
• Demonstrated strength in reviewing, drafting, and improving EHS policies, JHAs, and SOPs
• Strong interpersonal skills to drive a proactive safety culture across shift teams and site
