Environmental Regulatory & Grants Specialist

📋 Description

• Develop, write, review, and submit competitive grant applications and supporting documentation
• Manage grant administration activities from application through award and post-award reporting
• Lead environmental permitting and regulatory compliance efforts for coastal and waterfront
• Prepare, manage, and coordinate local, state, and federal permit applications and regulatory
• Conduct and oversee environmental analyses and documentation, including NEPA reviews, Environmental
• Research, identify, and pursue federal, state, and private funding opportunities, with an emphasis

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Policy, Planning, Natural Resources, or a
• Minimum 7 years of experience in environmental permitting, regulatory compliance, grant
• Demonstrated success obtaining and managing local, state, and federal permits and coordinating
• Experience managing grant-funded programs and/or preparing successful grant applications
• Regulatory permitting experience involving environmental compliance requirements and agency
• Experience reviewing engineering, architectural, or construction plans
