Equipment Maintenance Team Leader

📋 Description

• Lead and coordinate daily maintenance activities for assigned shifts and production areas.
• Provide hands-on troubleshooting and technical support for mechanical, electrical, hydraulic
• Ensure preventive and predictive maintenance activities are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Coach, mentor, and develop maintenance technicians through hands-on training and technical guidance.
• Ensure work is performed safely and in accordance with company procedures, LOTO requirements, and
• Support critical spare parts identification, inventory management, and equipment readiness.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably in a high-volume manufacturing or
• Demonstrated experience troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems, with working knowledge
• Previous experience leading, mentoring, or coordinating maintenance technicians in a production
• Strong understanding of preventive and predictive maintenance practices and CMMS-based work
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex equipment problems, prioritize work, and make sound
• Strong communication, organizational, leadership, and teamwork skills with a commitment to safety
