🎯 Requirements

• L3-level experience administering and sustaining enterprise Contact Center platforms (e.g., Avaya
• Expert Cisco Webex Calling / Zoom / Cloud PBX knowledge is a strong differential.
• Proven Voice & Networking knowledge: SIP, SIP Trunking, RTP, SBC, Wireshark and packet analysis
• Deep understanding of Anatel (National Telecommunications Agency) operational regulation for
• Cloud Contact Center environment knowledge (Amazon Connect preferred) integrating traditional +
• REST API integration experience for CRM (Voice to CRM).
