Estimating & Design Lead

📋 Description

• Review site plans, specifications, property photos, and project requirements to accurately
• Develop detailed cost estimates covering materials, plant material, labor, equipment, timelines
• Convert quote requests into accurate, client-ready proposals, with a strong focus on responsiveness
• Track estimates throughout the full process, from initial request through proposal delivery and
• Provide landscape and design expertise to proposals, including plant selection, layout
• Identify gaps, inconsistencies, or unrealistic elements in proposed scopes and proactively flag

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in landscaping, grounds maintenance, horticulture
• Strong ability to interpret site plans, specifications, property information, and visual
• Professional-level written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate clearly with
• Comfortable working remotely while maintaining close coordination with sales, estimating, and field
• Strong understanding of landscape materials, plant material specifications, labor requirements
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with high attention to detail and a practical
