• Review site plans, specifications, property photos, and other project information to determine
• Develop detailed cost estimates covering plant materials, hardscape, labor, equipment, timelines
• Convert quote requests into clear, accurate proposals with a target turnaround of 72 hours.
• Track estimating activity from request through proposal delivery using the CRM.
• Apply practical landscape and design expertise, including plant selection and layout considerations.
• Identify incomplete or unrealistic scopes before proposals are presented.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on professional experience in landscaping, grounds maintenance, horticulture
• Strong ability to interpret site plans and specifications
• Solid understanding of commercial landscaping operations
• Professional-level written and spoken English
• Comfortable working core US business hours
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
