Estimating & Design Lead - US Commercial Landscaping

📋 Description

• Review site plans, specifications, property photos, and other project information to accurately
• Develop detailed cost estimates covering plant materials, hardscape, labor, equipment, timelines
• Convert quote requests into proposals with a turnaround of approximately 72 hours.
• Track estimating activity from request through proposal delivery using CRM.
• Apply design expertise to proposals, including plant selection, layout, and maintenance.
• Determine potential scope issues before proposals are presented.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in landscaping, grounds maintenance, horticulture, or related
• Strong ability to interpret site plans, specifications, property details, photographs, and other
• Solid understanding of commercial landscaping operations, including materials, plant selection
• Professional-level written and spoken English for communication with US-based stakeholders.
• Comfortable working with core US business hours.
• Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment with results-based compensation.
