Event & Experiences Designer

📋 Description

• Translate creative briefs into compelling physical and environmental activations
• Design large-format booth graphics, spatial layouts, entrance structures, dimensional signage, and
• Prepare flawless, press-ready, and fabrication-ready art files tailored to vendor specifications
• Actively implement and evolve Okta's experiential design system and modular 'kit of parts'
• Drive several concurrent projects across different stages of the event lifecycle
• Collaborate with Event Marketing, Field Marketing, and external fabrication partners

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of dedicated professional experience in experiential design, spatial/environmental graphic
• Hands-on expertise preparing large-format print and environmental graphics for physical builds
• Understanding of bleeds, resolutions at architectural scale, color management (CMYK, Pantone
• Portfolio showcasing shipped, physical event environments and environmental graphics
• Expert-level fluency with Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Demonstrated track record of managing overlapping timelines, navigating ambiguous project
